Return and Refund Policy
At Vyntros LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of quality kitchen and dining cookware. If for any reason you’re not happy, we’re here to help make your return process straightforward.
Our Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it, unused, and undamaged.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that show signs of significant use, are not in their original condition, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error, may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@vyntros.com or call us at +1 (518) 201-4043 during our customer service hours (Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM EST). Please provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return. If your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Vyntros LLC will cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@vyntros.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If you receive a damaged item, the wrong item, or if an item is missing, please contact us immediately at support@vyntros.com or +1 (518) 201-4043. We will evaluate the issue and make it right, often by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can typically cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order has been shipped, it falls under our standard return policy.
Order Processing Time
Orders placed on Vyntros.com are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major US holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We offer Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) for all orders.

Shipping Restrictions
Vyntros LLC currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
