🔄 Returns

• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused, unassembled, and in the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included

• Returns due to damage or defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery, along with clear photos for verification.

💰 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the receipt as proof of return.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Please note, the following items cannot be returned:

• Customized or special-order cabinets

• Products marked “Final Sale”

• Items not in their original condition or missing parts
